Replacement of a Missing Molar: SPIRAL

Case: A 84 year-old patient presented with a missing right molars. Treatment plan: Placing 3 MSI SPIRAL 6.0mmD 5.00mmD, 4.2mmD implants for replacing molars.
Restoration: Implants were uncovered 3 months post-operation, and a fixed PFM crown was fabricated.
Results: Patient was monitored for 3 years with satisfactory results
